Watercolor Snowflakes
Hi, everyone! I have a clean and simple holiday card to share with you today using distress inks with an easy watercoloring technique.
I stamped the snowflakes with distress inks onto watercolor cardstock. While the ink was still wet, I gently brushed water over each color from lightest to darkest to move the color around. I let it air dry and then stamped the sentiment in Night of Navy dye ink before die cutting the entire panel with my stitched rectangles die. I then mounted it to an eggplant card base. I decided not to use foam tape to keep it flat for mailing.
A few sequins in coordinating colors finish off the card. Thanks for stopping by!!
