Share Handmade Kindness in 2017

Happy New Year! One of my goals for 2017 is to share handmade kindness more frequently with others. Today's card does just that!

I was introduced to the LulaRoe clothing line over the holidays and I am now a new fan of the leggings trend! Boy are those clothes comfortable!! Michele Tartaglia, a local LLR consultant in my town, was so nice to invite me over to her house the day after Christmas to try on clothes in person so I could know what sizes I needed.

I created my first double z-fold card using this tutorial by Natalie Lapakko over on her Stamp Witch Blog. It was so simple! She provides instructions and also a handy picture with all of the dimensions.

The patterned paper was from a stack I had in my stash and those brightly colored cameras reminded me of the quirky prints on LLR leggings. When I arrived at Michele's house, I was greeted by her beautiful golden lab, so I added a furry friend from MFT's You Make My Tail Wag stamp set.

He is colored with Copics:

So my challenge to you for 2017 is to discover ways you can share kindness with others - whether it is handmade or just random acts of kindness. Are you up for the challenge? I know I am!

Thanks for stopping by!!
